Recently, it has been announced that BeneTrac has been acquired by Paychex, Inc., a recognized leader in the payroll and human resource services industry. BeneTrac is now operating as Paychex Benefit Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Paychex.

We are excited about this change and believe that it will benefit our customers and partners through access to more comprehensive payroll and human resource services and continued commitment from a leading-edge technology provider. Paychex's commitment to customers, quality products, partners and strong business ethics was a major impetus in our working with this top, national provider that has led the way in business solutions for more than 35 years.
