Radiological Associates Chooses BeneTrac Online Benefits Administration Program
San Diego, CA – April 25, 2001 – Hawthorne Benefit Technologies, Inc., one of the leading West Coast employee benefits tracking firms and developers of BeneTrac, today announced that Radiological Associates of Sacramento Medical Group, Inc. has implemented the BeneTrac online benefits tracking solution for their 25 California offices and 700 employees.
BeneTrac offers a state-of-the-art ASP that delivers a powerful benefits tracking solution to a national base of employers. The Web-based technology infrastructure provides a suite of applications that benefit all participants involved in the employee benefits process. Depending on the level of access an employer chooses, employees may access their own benefits package, including plan descriptions, coverage and eligibility requirements. Additionally, BeneTrac enables human resource departments to:
- Establish customized benefit plans
- Offer Internet enrollment into plans
- Update employer data and to calculate eligibility dates for new employees
- Devise custom reports using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
Radiological Associates is utilizing BeneTrac for their health, dental, and vision plans. They are looking at adding life and long-term disability in the near future. Tejas stated that the employees have found the system very user friendly.
